Neuroaffirming, person-centred & sensory-led
design, consultancy, & event accessibility.

Our Vision

At Nurologik, our vision is to create a world where neurodivergence is celebrated, and inclusivity is a living reality in every aspect of society. We envision environments—whether in workplaces, events, or communities—where neurodivergent individuals not only belong but lead in innovation, and positive change. By fostering partnerships, advancing neuroinclusion, and creating supportive, neuroaffirming spaces, we strive to build a future where every neurodivergent person has the tools, opportunities, and support they need to thrive and succeed.

Our Mission

Nurologik’s mission is to champion neuro-inclusion by creating and advocating for environments that cater to the needs of neurodivergent individuals. We are dedicated to providing tailored solutions, raising awareness, and offering expert guidance to remove barriers and enhance the success and well-being of neurodivergent individuals. Our commitment extends to designing sensory-appropriate, neuroaffirming spaces, delivering neuroinclusive training, and consultancy to build a more inclusive society, ultimately saving space to save lives.

Why is this important?

Neurodivergent populations face a higher risk of mental health issues¹.

Autistic individuals are more likely to think about and die by suicide than non-autistic individuals².

This is due to several factors such as:

  • social isolation
  • employment challenges
  • lack of support
  • being misunderstood, and
  • sensory overload.

Neuroaffirming events and spaces are essential for several reasons, primarily centred around promoting diversity, accessibility, and the well-being of all participants.

At Nurologik, we not only empower individuals but also advocate for systemic change, ensuring that neurodivergent individuals can thrive in neuroaffirming, supportive environments. We are passionate about creating spaces where everyone, regardless of neuro-type, can succeed.

Client Journeys

CVSC had the pleasure of working with Alex in 2024 for our Third Sector Conference in Conwy, North Wales. Alex was professional, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the planning and delivery of the event. It was incredibly helpful to have an expert on hand to guide us in making our event as accessible as possible. Having the NuroCove at the conference was amazing—it provided a calming, inclusive space that was appreciated by many. We would highly recommend Nurologik to anyone looking to make their events more accessible for neurodivergent people, and more welcoming for everyone!

The NuroCove at GovCamp Cymru signalled to the world that we are an inclusive event. I couldn't believe the uptake on the day and the value it offered attendees. We had incredible feedback from participants. Highly recommended if you want to run a truly inclusive event.

Thanks to Nurologik our project was able to provide a more inclusive space at our in-person engagement events, and make considerate adjustments to support more people in attendance. We look forward to working with Alex again for future events and courses.

We worked with Nurologik around our AGM Event in March 2025 as we wanted to ensure it was accessible for our members. Alex provided a full venue assessment, noting any potential issues, and led a training session for our team. The NuroCove space at the event was definitely a highlight – so many attendees told us how grateful they were to have a sanctuary which catered to their needs. We highly recommend working with Nurologik – for their expertise in neurodivergence, as well as their kind, thorough and sensitive approach.

When planning our staff conference, it was important for us, given the staff anxieties around attending an in-person work event for the first time in over four years, that we created an environment that calmed overwhelm, respected diverse sensory needs, and fostered inclusivity for everyone. Our communications team worked with Alex Kegie, founder of Nurologik, who provided a very detailed [report] of what this could look like... …The ‘NuroCove’ was well-attended, and staff commented on the positive difference it made. Excellent feedback from our staff meant that we asked Nurologik to come back for a second time at a different venue, and offering the same excellent experience and service. It’s been great working with Alex for our last two staff conferences, and we hope to work with her again for future events.

Claire Evans Communications Manager Audit Wales

As a disabled and neurodivergent CEO, I can’t overstate how powerful it was to have Nurologik’s NuroCove sensory space at our Diversity and Inclusion Awards 2024. Just ten minutes in that calm, supported environment helped me reset and be fully present for the rest of the day. It wasn’t just a space – it was a statement: that neurodivergent needs matter and deserve to be met without shame or stigma. People are still talking about the NurOK Self Care Kits too – they were thoughtful, practical, and genuinely appreciated. I only wish more events offered what Nurologik can do. It was empowering, inclusive, and beautifully done. Highly recommended.

Working with Nurologik is a great experience! Alex is warm and welcoming, puts everyone at ease and somehow manages to wave a magic wand and turn the most austere, unfriendly rooms into beautiful calming environments. She is able to create spaces that are a haven of peace and tranquillity and is always on hand to offer advice and support. She goes the extra mile and is quick to offer solutions, making Nurologik a must for any conference or event.

Kathryn Jennings Director 3SC

Nurologik provided invaluable advice on how we could create a sensory self-care space for an academic conference and an open-air research event. PinkGold chose to work with Nurologik because of their intersectional neuroinclusive and faith-inclusive knowledge and ways of working.
